The Cleveland Browns reportedly want to interview former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice for the team’s head coaching job.

The team’s general manager, John Dorsey, said last week that he is open to hiring a woman for the post, and an unidentified NFL source told ESPN that the team is interested in talking to Rice.

The league has never had a woman interview for a head-coaching job, according to ESPN, though a number of women have been recently hired to top decision-making roles.

“She’s an amazing person,” a team source told ESPN of the former Bush administration official.
