In the wake of disaster, when people are in need, Americans rise to the occasion. They lift each other up. They help each other out. Just look at what is happening in Louisiana.

Black folks are helping white folks. Whites are helping blacks. Republicans and democrats are working together.
Americans are helping Americans.
