President Trump on Sunday promoted a book by Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke, who supported Trump during the presidential campaign.
Trump said in an early morning tweet that he “highly recommended” the book.

Clarke’s book is titled “Cop Under Fire: Moving Beyond Hashtags of Race, Crime and Politics for a Better America.”
According to its description, the book is “[d]eeply rooted in Sheriff Clarke’s personal life story … . It’s about the issues that deeply affect us today―both personally and politically―and how we can rise above our current troubles to once again be a truly great people in pursuit of liberty and justice for all.”
