Sessions threatened to quit if Trump deported Chinese dissident: report

Attorney General Jeff Sessions reportedly threatened to resign if the Trump administration deported a dissident businessman to China.

Sessions said he would quit if the administration sent back Chinese businessman Guo Wengui, according to The Washington Times.

Sessions made the threat during a meeting in the spring when talking to administration officials, the newspaper reported.

In January, he started posting about corruption among Chinese leaders on YouTube, Twitter and Facebook.
