Authorities are treating incident as terror attack, according to media reports.
A vehicle mowed into a crowd of people on Saturday in the German city of Münster, killing several people, according to local authorities.
Police reported several “dead and injured” and warned the situation is still “unclear.” The perpetrator committed suicide, police confirmed.
About 30 people are believed to have been injured in the incident, which took place in the old town near the Kiepenkerl statue, according to local reports.
Authorities are treating the incident as a terror attack, Der Spiegel reported.

So, instead of the perp being a terrorist, he is just mentally insane. I bet he has a Muslim name. But, of course, he never knew he was going to actually hurt/kill someone. That’s not what Muslims do. They keep deceiving themselves.
