FreedomWorks today announced the results of a straw poll at FreePAC: Morning in America Summit in Cincinnati, Ohio. More than 1,200 grassroots conservative activists from Ohio and surrounding states attended the event on Saturday and were eligible to vote in the straw poll.
The results are as follows:
- Sen. Ted Cruz: 88 percent
- Donald Trump: 3 percent
- Gov. John Kasich: 3 percent
- Sen. Marco Rubio: 3 percent
- Other: 2 percent
