The account in question, @10_gop, tweeted “We love you, Mr. President,” and Trump retweeted the post saying “So nice, thank you!” on Sept. 19.

Kellyanne Conway, Trump’s former campaign manager and now counselor to the president, and Donald Trump Jr. also retweeted the account, according to Leahy.
