President Trump announced Thursday four nominees to serve on the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.

The president has picked Don Willett, Texas Supreme Court justice; James C. Ho, former solicitor general of Texas; Kyle Duncan, former general counsel of the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty; and Kurt Engelhardt, chief judge of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, the White House said.

Willett was one of the judges on Trump’s list of potential Supreme Court justices to replace the late Antonin Scalia and is known for his prolific use of Twitter.

Duncan served as the lead lawyer in the Hobby Lobby case that went before the Supreme Court in 2014. He was also Louisiana’s first solicitor general.
