So sad. America has lost the best conservative justice in the Supreme Court.
Can the Senate stall confirmation of his replacement till after the November election? Wishful thinking. We know Obama will nominate a liberal.
Justice Scalia was an American hero. We owe it to him, & the Nation, for the Senate to ensure that the next President names his replacement.

Interesting what Senator Lee said.
What is less than zero? The chances of Obama successfully appointing a Supreme Court Justice to replace Scalia?

Prayers for the Scalia family!
This is a disaster for our Constitutional Republic. Justice Scalia was a leader on the bench a stalwart advocate for constitutional integrity.
Good Grief! Someone on FR is blaming the doctors for Justice Scalia’s death.

Um…people do die suddenly…from natural causes. ..at 79 or any age for that matter.
Why is everything a conspiracy with some people?
/Done ranting
The GOP will not be dumb enough to allow a nomination thru in an election year.
Just not going to happen.
There is precedent for denying a lame duck nomination as well:
