An electrified crowd welcomed GOP candidate Ted Cruz to the LaPorte Civic Auditorium May 1, 2016, just two days prior to Indiana’s primary election. Cruz faces a fierce showdown with fellow Republican candidate Donald Trump in the primary.
Cruz was joined by conservative TV and radio host Glenn Beck at the Civic rally. A slight interruption occurred when police escorted a young boy out after he yelled during Cruz’ speech.
