The Bidens have welcomed a new cat named Willow to the White House, as was announced by first lady Jill Biden on her Instagram account early Friday morning.
A White House spokesperson told The Hill that the Bidens’ new furry friend is from a farm in Willow Grove, Pa., just north of Philadelphia.
Willow has green eyes, is gray and white in color, and is about two years old.
Biden had grown fond of the cat after it jumped on stage and interrupted her speaking during a campaign stop in 2020, causing an immediate bond between the two, according to the White House spokesperson.

Willow already looks like she’s in charge. LOL
She’s a beautiful tabby. Looks a bit like my first cat, Peaches, except Peaches had some orange mixed in.
