BREAKING: 9th Circuit Court of Appeals Rules Against Trump’s Travel Ban

A handful of “so-called” judges has just ruled against President Trump’s travel ban.

So far details are sparse but if history is a guide, the president will take to twitter to unleash a flurry of new material for the media to gobble up like candy.

    The Trumpies are indeed in a lather over this ruling, and I expect a few angry tweets from little Donnie himself shortly, if he hasn’t already.

    The court has not ruled on the legality or validity of the EO. It merely denies the administration’s application for stay of the lower court’s decision. Trump certainly has options — among them, to brief and perhaps argue in support of the EO. Really, it’s a waste of time and money to argue an appeal of the circuit court’s refusal to lift the ban to SCOTUS. As the circuit court points out, there is no right to a stay and courts have a lot of discretion as to whether to grant a stay or not.

    This is one big mess, and plenty of time and taxpayer dollars will be wasted arguing this matter in the courts. If Trump didn’t think he was a god, he would abandon the EO and instead work with congress to come up with appropriate fixes to our immigration system. He has no regard for the American citizen who pays taxes to finance his follies.
