Breitbart Editor: ‘Corey Lewandowski Is a Thug, and Donald Trump Is a Thug for Backing Him’

An editor-at-large for Breitbart, Ben Shapiro, is calling for Donald Trump to fire his campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski, after the latter was accused of violently restraining Shapiro’s colleague, Michelle Fields, during a recent Trump rally.
“Corey Lewandowski is a thug, and Donald Trump is a thug for backing him,” Shapiro said Thursday night during an appearance on Fox News’s The Kelly File.
Unlike Breitbart management, which today shifted blame for the attack from the Trump campaign manager to the Secret Service, Shapiro is vocally backing Fields’ account.
