Christian Charity Sends Golden Retrievers to Comfort Orlando Survivors

A Chicago-area Christian charity has given the survivors of the Orlando terror attack a thoughtful and heartfelt gift – a group of golden retrievers to “provide comfort to all those who are hurting and suffering.”

Lutheran Church Charities deployed the comfort dogs Monday to begin providing relief to those recovering from injuries as well as those in the community as a whole.

LCC’s K-9 Comfort Dogs have been deployed after many American tragedies including the Boston Marathon bombing and the Sandy Hook shooting, according to an ABC News report.
