Cruz, who ended his presidential campaign last week, said “yes” when asked Wednesday morning by a reporter in Washington, D.C., if he would seek a second term, according to CNN and The Hill. Cruz’s office later confirmed the exchange.

The announcement adds some clarity to Cruz’s political future following his decision to exit the presidential race on May 3. Good we need at least one in congress who is going to be at Trump like white on rice and will continue to be the thorn on in the side and the stick in the eye of the progressive liberal democrat/rino socialist uni-party.

If only we could replace the liberals from both parties in the House and Senate, we might get somewhere. As it is, Ted Cruz, except for a handful of others, is the lone crusader.

By the way, Trumpkins are already getting a head start on the Senator’s campaign by blanketing social media with more lies, gossip, rumpors, distortions and innuendo. They just won’t stop.
