Israel reportedly opposes the ceasefire agreement in part of Syria negotiated by Russia and the U.S.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told French President Emmanuel Macron during a meeting Sunday that Israel does not support the agreement, Haaretz reported.
Israel rejects the plan because it “perpetuates the Iranian presence,” according to Haaretz.
The ceasefire was brokered during the G-20 summit in Germany earlier this month.
