Speaker of the House Paul Ryan will face a primary challenge from a conservative businessman who feels “betrayed” by the speaker on trade deals and immigration.
The businessman, who has not yet revealed his identity, is a former donor to Paul Ryan’s campaigns and has promised that his run will “shake up the establishment in a profound way.
