President Donald Trump lost a key court decision in his bid to block a subpoena from House Democrats pressing to see his financial records.
The 2-1 ruling from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit stems from a case where Trump sued to block Democrats from seeing a vast trove of materials as Congress probes Trump over potential conflicts of interest and payments from foreign governments.

Don't get all triumphant about Trump having to turn over his tax returns quite yet.
1. He'll appeal until the last dog dies.
2. If he loses at Supreme Court he will defy the order, because he is lawless and Barr will back him up.

Rick Wilson is right. Trump will appeal and appeal, and even if SCOTUS rejects his appeal, Trump will ignore the subpoena. This is what he does. He tries to wear down his opponents so they give up.
Personally, I would like to see US Marshals storm the Oval Office and drag him away to the nearest jail. But that won’t happen.
