Trump threatens U.S. businesses that move jobs overseas with 35 percent tax, says companies should be 'forewarned' https://t.co/xbAII12BpL

without retribution or consequence, is WRONG! There will be a tax on our soon to be strong border of 35% for these companies ……

Pres-Elect Trump means well. But won't his 35% tariff idea raise prices on American families? How would it not be a new 35% tax on families?
— Ben Sasse (@BenSasse) December 4, 2016
Trump will reward or punish businesses according to how he feels at the moment, and "free market conservatives" will go right along with it.

Trump's 35 percent tax is an attack on middle class families. Absolutely awful, disastrous idea.

By the way, does Trump know that the president can't impose taxes on his own?

Here's a complete list of countries that tariffed and spent on infrastructure to successfully achieve prosperity in a global economy:

So he will appoint winners and losers based on his feelings at the moment? No honest conservative can support this madness. https://t.co/wKScytGpxQ

It's fine to say GOP was never as pro-market as it claimed. But at least it made those claims. Now it's abandoning even the rhetoric. https://t.co/iYv01T91gg

I didn’t know he was appointed king. He does not have the power to levy taxes.
I don’t think Trump bothers to think about what his Constitutional limits are. I doubt he has ever read it. He lives in his own fantasy world where he is the king and we are his subjects. He thinks he can rule on his whims. And his supporters don’t think about it either. They are salivating that they finally have a “real man” in charge. It’s the stuff movies are made out of. You know those disaster films?
