Former Hollywood movie producer Harvey Weinstein on Friday was barred from travel after posting a $1 million bail following his formal arrest on multiple sex crimes charges.

After surrendering to New York police Friday morning, a handcuffed Weinstein entered a Manhattan courthouse where he gave up his passport and agreed to wear an ankle monitor, Variety magazine reports.

Weinstein, 66, was formally charged with rape, criminal sex acts, sex abuse and sexual misconduct.

He pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Weinstein also agreed to stay within New York state or Connecticut. Facing a jail bond of $10 million, he reportedly paid $1 million in the form of a cashier’s check to post bail.

Prosecutors are charging the disgraced movie maker with sexual assault against two women including allegations from a woman who accused Weinstein of forcing her to perform oral sex during a meeting in his office in 2004.
