Mark Meadows, President Donald Trump’s chief of staff, has been diagnosed with the coronavirus, a White House official confirmed on Friday night.
Meadows appeared at campaign headquarters with the president and advisers on Election Day, and was with the president and his family that night at the White House.
It was unclear when he was diagnosed. Meadows has been tested regularly after being by the Trump’s side while the president recovered from the highly contagious virus last month.
