California authorities led by State Attorney General Kamala Harris have reportedly raided Center for Medical Progress founder David Daleiden’s home and seized all his Planned Parenthood footage.
Daleiden posted his response to the raid on Facebook Tuesday:
Daleiden and the Center for Medical Progress are behind the undercover videos alleging Planned Parenthood’s involvement in the illegal trafficking of fetal body parts. Because of their work, the nation’s largest abortion provider has become the subject of several investigations by state and federal law enforcement.
Planned Parenthood has continually maintained that the videos are doctored and have filed a lawsuit against Daleiden and his organization.
In July of last year, California AG Harris voiced her plans to review the videos and now has used her authority to seize them. Daleiden, however, claims that the raid was politically charged — Harris is currently running for U.S. Senate as a Democrat and has allegedly received campaign contributions from Planned Parenthood. Once called “the female Obama,” Harris is also on the shortlist of possible Democratic candidates for vice president this fall.
A spokesperson for Harris said she cannot comment on an ongoing investigation, the Associated Press reports.

I hope he gets the best lawyers around! This is like the old Soviet Union, not America. Of course, I’m certain the evidence will be destroyed so it cannot be used ever again! This needs to get a LOT of public attention!
