The latest ban for Aeroflot customers comes as companies leverage more restrictions on Russian businesses amid the Ukraine crisis.

Delta Air Lines has suspended its alliance with Russian-carrier Aeroflot over Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

The sharing agreement allows passengers to fly on one another’s flights and book trips on the same ticket.

“Delta has withdrawn our codeshare services operated in conjunction with Russian national airline, Aeroflot, effective immediately,” a spokesperson told POLITICO on Friday. “We have removed our code from Aeroflot-operated services beyond Moscow’s Sheremetyevo Airport and removed Aeroflot’s code from Delta-operated services from New York-JFK. Customers affected by the changes will be re-accommodated.”

The United Kingdom on Thursday banned Aeroflot from flying within its airspace or landing at airports. Russia then reciprocated by closing its airspace to U.K.-based airlines.

Russian airlines will be unable to operate over Poland’s airspace beginning at midnight Friday, Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki announced on Facebook.
