The executive producer of Bravo’s “Real Housewives” franchise is “speechless” amid a feud between Melania Trump and Ivana Trump after the latter referred to herself as “first lady.”
“This is actually happening. All the wives are fighting. Even I AM SPEECHLESS,” Andy Cohen tweeted in response to first lady Melania Trump’s statement.
President Trump’s first wife, Ivana, claimed in an interview that aired Monday that she’s “first lady,” adding that she doesn’t call the White House often because she doesn’t want to make Melania Trump jealous.
Melania Trump’s spokeswoman released a fiery statement in response.
“[First lady Melania Trump] plans to use her title and role to help children, not sell books. There is clearly no substance to this statement from an ex. Unfortunately only attention seeking and self-serving noise,” spokeswoman Stephanie Grisham said.
Ivana Trump is promoting her book, “Raising Trump,” set to be released Tuesday. The book documents her marriage to the future president and raising their three children — Donald Jr., Ivanka, and Eric.
