A New Jersey Transit train crashed into the Hoboken commuter station Thursday morning in the heart of rush hour, striking a number of people. Early reports say at least 100 people are being treated for injuries, some critical; and authorities confirmed at least 3 people dead as of 10:15 a.m. ET. Additionally, the roof of the station appears to have collapsed and passengers are stuck inside some of the train cars. New Jersey Transit and PATH immediately suspended train service in and out of Hoboken. Police told NBC New York that they were expecting “mass casualties.”
