A fake bomb in a suspicious package was mailed to a local Republican office in Tennessee on Friday morning.
The suspicious package was discovered at the Rutherford County Republican Party, the Murfreesboro Daily News Journal reported.
Michael Sullivan, executive director of the Tennessee Republican Party, shared a photo of the delivery with local news outlets.
The package reportedly included a radio inside a cardboard box with a threatening note.
“This is just a warning. There will be no others,” a note attached to the box said. “There will be no unconstitutional gun control in this state, or there will be blood.”

Sullivan told the newspaper that it is unclear whether the fake bomb was delivered in the mail or dropped off.
Several surrounding businesses were evacuated and police K9 dogs were brought in, according to a tweet from the Murfreesboro Police Department.
