Conservative radio host Laura Ingraham incorrectly labeled a photograph of the Cleveland Cavaliers’ NBA Championship parade as a photo of Trump supporters in Phoenix on her website on Thursday.

Ingraham placed the photo at the top of her site in a slideshow of current news stories with the title, “5 miles of Trump supporters waiting to meet POTUS in Phoenix.”

The photograph is actually an aerial shot of the parade for the 2016 Cleveland Cavaliers Championship Parade and Rally, which took place in Cleveland last June.

CNN’s “KFile” reporter Andrew Kaczynski was the first to point out Ingraham’s use of the photo.

“LOOOOL [Laura Ingraham] has the photo of the Cleveland Cavaliers NBA championship parade on her homepage as ‘Trump supporters,’ ” Kaczynski wrote.

The photo has a history of being misrepresented as a crowd of Trump supporters. The Daily Beast reported that an Ohio-based sports writer named Chris McNeil has been spreading the photo to Trump supporters with the false caption in an attempt to get them to retweet it, thereby forcing embarrassing retractions.
