Fox News reports that large-scale demonstrations are planned in the nation’s capital for President-elect Donald Trump’s Inauguration. Police are expecting tens-of-thousands of protesters.
One protest is being organized by the group ANSWER, for Act Now to Stop War & End Racism. The group’s Facebook page announces its “Protest at the Inauguration: Stand Against Trump, War, Racism and Inequality.” Nearly 7,000 people have already committed to attending and 24,000 more have expressing interest in the event.
According to Fox News, Metropolitan Police Department officers have been briefed about the proposed demonstration and told to expect at least 30,000 protesters.
A pro-Clinton group named “RoaRR 4 Hillary” is planning a “Million Women March” on Jan. 21.

I read yesterday about the “women’s march” planned for Washington the day AFTER the inauguration.
Fine. You foolish ladies want to march in subzero weather, go ahead. This woman is staying in her warm home with a cup of hot tea and wrapped in a giant afghan.
Are these people stupid or what? What do they hope to accomplish with this nonsense? These protests won’t change the outcome of this election. They could, however, cause a lot of physical harm snd property damage and the protesters could get killed or arrested. For what?
It’s an excuse just like they used the police shootings. People are organizing this to cause chaos. They know it’s not going to change the election results. That’s not what it is about although enough of them are useful idiots who think they are going to “make a difference”.
