I think the libertarians that were going to come over to Cruz already have. A few will go to Trump because some libertarians just have this need to be perverse. The majority of his support though, will just stay home.
I do hope that Cruz can grab a few PCO’s and potential delegate candidates from KY, though. The KY Republican party is pretty tightly controlled by McConnell and you can be sure that McConnell will do everything he can to make sure Bush or Rubio wins in KY.

I don’t think FR should tolerate or accommodate serial lying and dirty tricks from any candidate. It besmirches the good people here.Now you really wonder about the Cruzers here who say the craziest things—who’s paying them? Goldman Sachs?
They tell lies here about the candidates eerily similar tactically to the latest Ted Cruz dirty trick lie. The Cruzers know the lies will fool some people, just as Ted knew that if just some Carson supporters could be fooled for just a short amount of time, it would be good for Cruz. The Glenn Beck post, the mailer—Cruz has shown, as the Cruzers on FR have shown, that there is no limit to how low they will go.
Time to do to the Cruzers what was done to the Romneyites four years ago: ban. Cruzers started their own forum anyway, from which to encourage people to stop donating to FR and making fun of wounded warriors and amputees. So there’s a sewer they can go to and be at home in.
Ban Cruzers. Make FR Great Again.

This article is relying on polls to judge strength of Rubio in certain states.
Please: throw out the polls. Everything is re-set.
Rubio has a natural base in Virginia, New Hampshire, and Florida.
New Hampshire is proportional allocation and relatively few delegates. Ted Cruz can finish a strong third there and still be fine. (Beating Trump for second would be ideal).
In South Carolina and in Virginia, it will be important to turn out the evangelicals who have sat at home for so many elections. Cruz can lock up half of Virginia’s delegates (again, Va is a proportional state) if he can carry the southern and western counties. Northern Virginia and DC is strong Rubio country, but we can target delegates.
I truly believe that we can win South Carolina AND Nevada.

GPH has linked a story from Forbes that Cruz supporters told folks that Carson was dropping out.
Me thinks Carson camp should take it’s anger out on FOX news who sent me an election alert that Carson was suspending campaign activities.
